Hannah is a Behavioral Health Therapist at BeWell, and comes to the role with multiple years of experience as a therapist and care manager at the Carruth Center on the Evansdale Campus. She grew up in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, near Shepherdstown, WV, and attended West Virginia University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She studied a combination of English literature, professional writing, communications, and social systems before pursuing a Master of Social Work. Hannah brings a variety of experiences supporting student success in offices like MindFit and the Writing Studio and looks forward to continuing to serve the student population.

As a social worker and therapist, Hannah prioritizes taking a collaborative, creative approach to empower positive change. Her clinical interests include strengths-based counseling, identity development, obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders, self-esteem concerns, career exploration, advocacy and resource linking. Outside work, Hannah appreciates trying new crafty hobbies, working on a ceramics project, taking photos, and spending time with friends and family.
