I am master's degree nurse with a passion for educating. Though I pursued a degree concentration in administration, I have a strong desire to be involved in the growth of the nursing profession. By functioning in both capacities, I am able to add value to each. This allows me to see and understand the nursing profession as the complex multitiered profession that it is. This then gives me the ability to prepare the students for their part in the process.
