About Saaman Ghodsi
I chose WVU firstly because the residents and faculty were the nicest people I met over my interview trail and felt I fit the best with them. I’m from West Virginia and went to medical school in the state (Marshall University Joan C Edwards School of Medicine) so was excited to stay near family. On top of this, the facilities at WVU were some of the best that I saw with new dedicated neurosurgery ORs, floor, and conference rooms. I feel confident that I will learn and grow here at WVU with a great, supportive team.
