About Taylor Thompson
Taylor Christine Thompson is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the West Virginia University (WVU) School of Pharmacy, Department of Clinical Pharmacy with a secondary appointment at the WVU School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine. She practices in ambulatory care at the University Town Centre Clinic in primary care. She is a graduate of the WVU School of Pharmacy, Class of 2022. Taylor completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency and a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Residency at UPMC St. Margaret in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Taylor also completed a 2-year Faculty Development Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC St. Margaret. Taylor’s passions include interactive teaching, interprofessional education, creating new pharmacy services, and expanding the role of the clinical pharmacist on the healthcare team.
