Dr. Hefner lives in Morgantown with his wife, Melissa, and three children Olivia, David and Troy.  He is a native West Virginian who has been providing healthcare to the Morgantown area since 2009.  He spends his spare time with his family boating on the lake, planning the next family trip, or jumping out of airplanes.
