Dr. Tamana Spingher was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and raised in Northern, Virginia. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and minor in chemistry. She received a certificate in dental hygiene from Howard University College of Dentistry and worked for two years as a dental hygienist in private practice. She then pursued a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University and graduated in 2023.  Currently, Dr. Spingher is pursuing her certificate and Master of Science degree in orthodontics specialty at West Virginia University and is expected to graduate in 2026. In her leisure time, Dr. Spingher enjoys watching her favorite TV show Friends, superhero movies, and spending time with her loyal dog, chirpy birds, and playful cats.
