Scott Heller, MD is an Assistant Professor and the HVI Director of Clinical Operations. He joined the Department of Anesthesiology as a member of the Division of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Anesthesiology in 2023. He is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology (Anesthesiology, 2023, Cardiac Anesthesiology, 2023) and the National Board of Echocardiography (Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography, 2023). Dr. Heller earned his Doctor of Medicine at Buffalo School of Medicine in Buffalo, NY in 2018. He completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA in 2022. Dr. Heller completed his Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN in 2023.
