What I like best about being a Mountaineer: I have been a Mountaineer ever since I can remember, and I'm very excited to have the opportunity to complete residency at WVU and give back to my community. 

Why Family Medicine? I chose family medicine largely because of the opportunity it provides to form close relationships with patients. In addition, it provides an excellent opportunity for preventative medicine, which is an interest of mine. 

Before Medical School: I worked as a medical scribe at an urgent care clinic for a year before medical school. I was also involved in the WVU chapter of MedLife, which is an international nonprofit organization that renders medical care in rural areas. 

I enjoy: I enjoy golfing, working out, and watching sports in my free time.
