Research Interests
My team employs multiscale connectomics-based approaches to study the brain networks dynamics in stroke recovery. We use advanced technologies such as multiphoton and miniature microscopies, optogenetics and bio-inspired nanomaterials to track and to manipulate multiscale brain networks.
Targeting mesoscale brain networks, we apply AI and ML classifiers to predict/decode various behaviors in normal and stroke brain.
