About Himanshu Deshwal
Dr. Himanshu Deshwal is an assistant professor and attending physician in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV. He graduated from the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India, and did his residency in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his fellowship in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine from the New York University Grossman School of Medicine, New York, NY. His research interests include hemodynamics, advanced imaging, and therapeutics in pulmonary hypertension and interstitial lung diseases. He has authored several peer-reviewed publications in reputed journals. He aspires to provide clinical care to patients suffering from pulmonary vascular diseases and advance research to improve outcomes in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine.
