Dr. Stuart F. Mills, better known as Dr. Stu, is an orthodontic resident in the Class of 2025 at WVU School of Dentistry. Dr. Stu is originally from Western Kentucky where he grew up on his family’s cattle farm. He completed his undergraduate studies at Murray State University, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science with a Biology major and Chemistry minor in 2018. Dr. Stu graduated with his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2022 from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Fun Fact: Dr. Stu is the fourth consecutive generation of his family to obtain his DMD from ULSD. After completion of his orthodontic residency, he plans to return home to Kentucky where he will join his father’s orthodontic practice.
