About Genevieve Korst
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Genevieve went to the University of Texas at Austin where she majored in neuroscience. She followed this up with her MD at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, before completing a preliminary year in general surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. When choosing a program for residency, she was looking for a place that supported clinical volume as well as academic curiosity, so WVU was a great fit. She will be completing an enfolded fellowship in neurocritical care, with a focus on cranial and spine trauma.
