About Natalie Wilson
As a Senior Research Specialist, Natalie conducts research and evaluation through collaboration on interdisciplinary project teams within the Office of Health Affairs. She specializes in program evaluation and applied research methods to create a framework applicable to each unique project. She supports the American Rescue Plan Workforce Development Evaluation project (ARP EVAL), and the American Rescue Plan Person-Centered Trauma-Informed Care HCBS Workforce Development project (ARP PCTIC). Natalie aims to ensure that there is a fluid exchange of ideas both within her team and with their stakeholders. Natalie and her group are instrumental in helping drive the phases of discovery and they aspire to help accelerate the discovery process.
Prior to joining the Office of Health Affairs, Natalie was Research Associate at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service. She served as an evaluator for state and federally funded projects for eleven years. She began her journey with a focus on quantitative data analysis and visualization and evolved into managing evaluation projects and enhancing them with economic impact and social return on investment methodologies.
