About Jacob Greenfield
Narrative:
Dr. Greenfield joined WVU in 2021. His clinical background includes neuro inpatient rehabilitation. Jacob is a Certified Stroke Recovery Specialist (CSRS) as well as certified in aquatic therapy through ATRI. His specialty areas include stroke, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injuries. Dr. Greenfield is one of the clinical faculty where he treats in the outpatient faculty practice clinic offering outpatient services to patients while teaching students the aspects of clinical reasoning in real time patient care. He is involved in WVU's inter-professional education activities for the occupational therapy students and the Country Roads Program through the WVU Center for Excellence in Disabilities (CED). He sits on the Survivorship team through the WVU Medicines Cancer Center and also is embedded in the brain tumor clinic where he performs functional screens with patients.

Dr. Greenfield is an occupational therapist who specializes in neurologic rehabilitation for individuals with stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and those with Parkinson disorder. He also specializes in occupational therapy evaluation and intervention for individuals with cancer and is part of the multi-disciplinary survivorship team in the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center. Dr. Greenfield also provides off-road driving risk evaluations using simulation and a series of clinical tests to assess driving skills and safety needed to return to on-road driving.
