About Jon McCullough
Jon oversees project management for the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (WV DHHR). He supports the WV People’s Access To Help (WV PATH) Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) program. The WV PATH project encompasses the design, development, and implementation of an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) that will consolidate and replace three current systems within the WV DHHR. Jon works cross-functionally to manage IV&V activities to ensure project goals are achieved.
Before joining the Office of Health Affairs, Jon was a Senior Systems Engineer for the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division’s National Data Exchange (N-DEX) program, and Technical Lead for the Department of Defense (DoD) Automated Biometric Identification System (DoD ABIS) program. His background and experience include many phases of engineering disciplines, in many different industries, where he applied engineering tenets in understanding and improving processes and systems.
