About Kolbi Tonkovich
Hometown: Jacksonville, FL
Medical School: West Virginia University
What I like best about being a Mountaineer: As a lifelong Mountaineer, my favorite part is the family-like atmosphere and pride for the state. No matter where I am I can always find a fellow Mountaineer.
Why Family Medicine? I chose Family Medicine because I enjoy the continuity of care and the opportunity to build long term relationships. I also love the challenge of treating a variety of different conditions.
Before Medical School: Before Medical School, I was working on an Exercise Physiology degree at West Virginia University.
I enjoy: My favorite things are music, sports, and spending time with my friends and family. In my spare time you can find me at a country music concert or cheering on the Mountaineers.
