About Chelsea Dunaway
As a program manager, Chelsea works closely with the Office of Health Affairs and WV DHHR staff to keep programs on track and make sure contracts are being implemented effectively and efficiently. Prior to joining the Office of Health Affairs, Chelsea served in the public-health sector with various agencies, including the WV Healthy Children and Families Coalition, the Veterans Health Information Exchange, and Alleghany Highlands Community Services.
Dedicated to youth mental wellness, Chelsea was the Chair of the Alleghany Highlands Healthy Youth Coalition and is also a certified Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) trainer and a Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainer.
