Dr. Huang serves as a research associate with the Office of Health Affairs. He's currently working on a project for COVID-19 evaluation with Dr. Carol Stocks to understand how changes in health policies have affected costs, outcomes, and utilization.

Throughout his career, Dr. Huang had conducted research mainly on access to and cost of health care. His main interests include using different statistical models to causally evaluate health programs and individual decision making.
