Daniel Sloyer, MD is an Associate Professor for the West Virginia University Department of Anesthesiology. He joined the Department of Anesthesiology as a member of the Division of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Anesthesiology in 2018 He is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology (Anesthesiology, 2019, Cardiac Anesthesiology, 2023) and the National Board of echocardiography (Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography, 2018). Dr. Sloyer earned his Doctor of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine in 2012. He completed his Anesthesiology Residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV in 2017. Dr. Sloyer completed his Fellowship in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH in 2018.
