Carrie supports the Office of Health Affairs as a Behavioral Health Data Analyst. Carrie worked for the Mental Health Association of Franklin and Fulton Counties in Chambersburg, PA for 8 years and as a Program Manager for this organization, Carrie gained extensive experience working with community partners to better understand the effectiveness of local behavioral health programs. Carrie works on the CMS SUPPORT grant to help analyze Medicaid claims data and draft future funding proposals.
