About Natalie Ezzie
As Director of Program Development and Management, Natalie provides oversight and strategic direction to the Program Development and Management Office (PDMO). She oversees a myriad of operational processes to further our mission, as well as the programs that facilitate the Office of Health Affairs’ partner relationships. Natalie not only serves as the program director for the MATCH program, but she also developed and manages the PDMO training program that is dedicated to the continuing education for the PDMO staff. She reports directly to the Assistant Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Health Affairs.
Natalie began her career as a director of operations in the technology sector where she helped build a company from business plan to acquisition. She built on that experience as an independent contractor specializing in project management and business development consulting not only for health care-related clients but also in the marketing sector. Adept with interpersonal communications, Natalie is a great teacher, problem solver, and facilitator who excels in the areas of relationship management and process improvement.
