Anna L. Carpenter, MD, joined the Department on Anesthesiologist of WVU School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor in August of 2019.  Dr. Carpenter received her Doctorate of Medicine from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH in May of 2014.  She completed her anesthesia residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA in June of 2018.  Dr. Carpenter went on to complete a Chronic Pain Fellowship from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in June of 2019.  She will join the Anesthesia Department within the School of Medicine as a Chronic Pain Management specialist.   Dr. Carpenter received her board certification with the American Board of Anesthesiologists in May, 2019 and American Board of Anesthesiologists Chronic Pain Medicine in September, 2019.
