About Shay Daily
Dr. Daily collaborates with a diverse group of stakeholders to support ongoing evaluations related to the mitigation of substance use issues in West Virginia. His daily tasks include the design, implementation, analysis, translation, and dissemination of evaluation findings to inform programmatic decisions and sustainability. He emphasizes using a collaborative learning approach among community stakeholders, which acts as a guide to help practitioners connect to the value of program evaluation, the importance of human relationships, and the social context as a way to best promote population health.
