About Nicholas Chill
I am a native West Virginian from Cross Lanes, WV. I earned my bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Philosophy from WVU prior to attending the West Virginia University School of Medicine. I was drawn to Emergency Medicine due to the high-paced workflow, variety of patients, and the opportunity to help people in their greatest times of need. I completed my residency training in Emergency Medicine at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital in 2019. During residency, I developed an interest in Sports Medicine for the ability to help prevent, treat and rehabilitate injuries, both in athletes and people who are trying to improve their health and mobility. I was drawn to the program at WVU for the excellent leadership team, and the variety of practice opportunities including clinical, on-field, and training room experience for multiple sports. As a life-long Mountaineer fan, I am very excited for this opportunity to continue practicing both Emergency, and Primary Care Sports Medicine.
