About Annahita Amireskandari
Annahita Amireskandari, M.D., is an ophthalmologist who specializes in the treatment of diseases related to the cornea.
Dr. Amireskandari joined the WVU Eye Institute and the WVU Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences faculty in 2020. She serves as an assistant professor.
Amireskandari is a 2020 graduate of the Cornea Fellowship Program and a 2019 graduate of the Ophthalmology Residency Program at West Virginia University. She also completed an internship in ophthalmology at The Ohio State University in 2015. She earned her medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine in 2011.
