About Kristin Davis
Kristin is from Scott Depot, WV, received her BS in Biology from Concord University and attended medical school at WVU. Her specific interests within emergency medicine include Ultrasound and Pediatric EM. Her hobbies include baking, stand-up paddleboarding with her husband, playing volleyball and watching WVU sports. She chose WVU Emergency Medicine because she spent time as a first and second year medical student shadowing in the ED at Ruby, and really grew to love the environment. She observed the way the residents and faculty worked together to provide the best possible patient care, and noticed that feedback was always given in a constructive tone. Most importantly, Kristin loved that everyone was treated with respect. Kristin also grew accustomed to the prevalent use of ultrasound in every day patient care. "WVU was the only place I interviewed where I felt I could be a part of a supportive, family environment and also use ultrasound in my practice with the frequency I had become accustomed to. I am also proud to spend these next three years serving my home state and investing in the people here."
