Brief:
Ben attained his undergraduate degree at WVU in Medical Laboratory Science. He completed medical school at WVU School of Medicine, and continued residency at WVU through the Department of Emergency Medicine where he was a chief resident in his senior year. He developed personal interests in critical care, medical education, and rural emergency medicine. After residency, Ben joined the faculty at WVU Department of Emergency Medicine, and continues to enjoy working in both rural and academic settings. His personal interests include wild birds, coffee, skiing, camping and wilderness.
