I was born and raised in Morgantown, West Virginia. I obtained my Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from West Virginia University in 2012 with Magna Cum Laude honors. I then obtained my Master's of Science in Nursing Education from Marshall University in May, 2016. I taught as an adjunct for West Virginia University School of Nursing in the summer semester of 2016 before starting full time in the fall of 2016.
