Originally from Barboursville, West Virginia, Brian earned his B.S. in chemistry from WVU in 2012 and his M.D. also from WVU in 2016. Brian and his wife, Kayla, met while attending WVU and have made Morgantown their home. Toward the end of residency, Brian had the opportunity to do an elective rotation in clinical informatics and is now an Epic Physician Builder Certified, working closely with the IT department to better shape the EMR for physician wellness. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and dogs, mountain biking, playing intramural sports, fishing, snowboarding, and producing videos.
