Jonathan Pratt, MD is an Assistant Professor for the West Virginia University Department of Anesthesiology and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He joined the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Department and Anesthesiology as a member of the Division of Pain Medicine in 2015. He is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R, 2013; Pain Medicine, 2014). Dr. Pratt earned his Doctor of Medicine at West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV in 2007. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship at University of Louisville in Louisville, KY in 2008. He then completed his Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency at University of Louisville in Louisville, KY in 2011. Dr. Pratt then went on the complete his Pain Management Fellowship at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY in 2012. He was appointed as the Program Director for the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency Program in August 2026.
