Dr. Nashaat N. Rizk is an Anesthesiologist specialized in Chronic Pain Management within the School of Medicine of West Virginia University.  Dr. Rizk joined the Anesthesiology Department in August 2014 from the University of Pittsburgh.   He is currently an Associate Professor.  Dr. Rizk has instituted weaning programs for patients to comply with the newly implemented regulations and CDC recommendations and methods to safely provide medical care to patients from out of state.  Dr. Rizk serves as the Co-Director of the Ruby Memorial Hospital Pain Committee and served on the departmental Promotion and Tenure Committee.
