Biography:
Dr. Nicole Dorinzi is a West Virginia native and lifelong resident of Morgantown. During her undergraduate years, Dr. Dorinzi was a student athlete competing on the cross country team for the Mountaineers and was named a Big East conference academic all star. After completing her undergraduate and medical school studies at WVU, Nicole stayed at WVU for residency, serving as chief resident during the 2013-2014 academic year . Following a year spent in clinical practice in a community setting, Dr. Dorinzi returned to WVU to explore one of her areas of passion in Emergency Medicine, completing a fellowship in Emergency Ultrasound. Following her fellowship, Dr. Dorinzi joined the full time faculty at WVU and is excited to incorporate her passion for ultrasound with her interest in medical student education and simulation.
