Dr. Setzer grew up mostly in downtown Atlanta, Georgia then moved to Colorado for college and worked in Denver for 2 years. She then Attended Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia for medical school and chose WVU for residency because she was drawn to the people and outdoors. After graduating from residency in 2013, she completed her Ultrasound Fellowship and was thrilled to take a position on the WVU EM faculty. In her free time, she can be found hiking at Cooper’s Rock with her 2 giant dogs (Harley & Sawyer), cycling on the backroads throughout West Pennsylginia or traveling to the far corners of the globe.
