Dr. Rosen was appointed as an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Pediatrics in 1992.  He completed his anesthesiology residency at Baylor 1981-1983 and his fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology and pediatric intensive care at Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Washington, D.C. in 1984.  He has been certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology since 1984.  Dr. Rosen passed the Pediatric Anesthesiology Boards in October 2013.  He is currently Vice Chair of Research for the Department of Anesthesiology.
