Dr. Dale McMillion currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine, who works clinically in the Department’s locums program—which provides the services of board certified Emergency Physicians to Emergency Departments throughout North Central West Virginia. Dr. McMillion began his career as a Physician’s Assistant working in Emergency Department settings in southern West Virginia before returning to school to obtain his DO degree from WVSOM in Lewisburg, West Virginia. He completed his residency training at York Hospital and began his attending career at Summersville Regional Medical Center in Summersville, West Virginia prior to joining the WVU Department of Emergency Medicine in 2015.
