About Kokab Darbandi
Kokab C. Darbandi MD is an Assistant Professor at WVU School of Medicine in the Department of Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree with honors, from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She attended West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown and completed a four-year residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at WVU as well. She served as the Chief Resident for the Department of Pediatrics after her residency. Dr. Darbandi is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She practices outpatient Internal Medicine. Dr. Darbandi enjoys practicing adult outpatient medicine and is specifically interested in geriatrics, women’s health, depression and anxiety.
