Jessica Perini, MD, is an associate professor at WVU School of Medicine, practicing clinical Endocrinology since 2006.  She earned her BA in Classics at the University of Virginia, then an MS from the University of Pennsylvania.  Pre-med science courses were completed at the University of Pennsylvania and then she attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh, earning her MD.  She completed residency in Internal Medicine and then fellowship in Endocrinology & Metabolism at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Perini has worked as an endocrinologist in Pittsburgh, later in Connecticut, and now in West Virginia at the WVU School of Medicine since 2012.  She has a broad interest in all endocrine topics and a strong interest in academic medicine, helping teach internal medicine residents about endocrinology and starting the endocrine fellowship program at WVU.
