About Corinne Layne-Stuart
Corinne Layne-Stuart, DO is an Associate Professor for the West Virginia University Department of Anesthesiology and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She joined the Department of Anesthesiology and the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in 2020 as a member of the Division of Pain Medicine. She is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R, 2011; Pain Medicine, 2011). Dr. Layne- Stuart earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisberg, WV in 2006. She completed her internship at CAMC IAM Department of Surgery in Charleston, WV in 2007. Dr. Layne-Stuart completed her Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency at University of Pittsburgh Health System in Pittsburgh, PA in 2010. She then completed her Pain Management Fellowship at Alleghany General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA in 2011. Dr. Layne-Stuart was appointed Associate Program Director of the Pain Medicine Fellowship in 2023. She was promoted to Associate Professor in July 2026.
