Dr. Daniel C. Sizemore received his Doctorate Degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2003.  From 2004-2008, he served as a General Medical Officer with the United States Navy before returning to West Virginia School of Medicine to complete his residency from 2007-2011.  During his residency, he was Chief Resident from 2010-2011 and Resident of the Year in 2011.  He joined the faculty of the Anesthesiology Department in 2011 as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology.  He obtained his board certification from the American Society of Anesthesiologists in 2012.   He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2017.  Dr. Sizemore provides a number of departmental services including Regional and Acute Pain (RAP) coverage and consultation.  He also serves as the Residency Program Director and Department Vice-Chair for Academic Affairs.
