About Teresa Rice
Narrative:
Tracy joined the faculty full-time in August 2008. She received her board certification as a Neurology Certified Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in May 2009. Her clinical faculty position includes coordinating the Neuro-rehabilitation courses as well as clinical time as part of the neuro team at West Virginia University Hospital. Tracy has specialized in the treatment of individuals with traumatic brain injury as well as those with neurological conditions unique to the rehabilitation environment. Tracy has served as adjunct faculty for the last 6 years, recently joining the faculty full time as a clinical assistant professor. She brings with her 12 years of clinic experience in the area of neuro-rehabilitation.

Dr. Rice is a board-certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy with emphasis in physical therapy evaluation and rehabilitation for individuals with vestibular dysfunction, balance disorders, traumatic brain injury, stroke and spinal cord injury. She is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive vestibular and balance assessments for dizziness and other balance disorders.
