About Stephen Howell
Dr. Stephen Howell is a Clinical Anesthesiologist within the School of Medicine of West Virginia University. Dr. Howell joined the Department of Anesthesiology in 2007 at the rank of Instructor. Dr. Howell completed his residency at West Virginia University School of Medicine, from 2004-2007. He was select by his peers as Chief Resident in his final year of residency. He became certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in 2008 and was subsequently promoted to the rank of Assistant Professor. In 2015, Dr. Howell was promoted to Associate Professor.
