About Kendra Unger
Dr. Kendra Unger received her bachelor’s degree in both Pre-Med and Secondary Education from Concord University. She went on to complete her medical degree and residency at WVU, specializing in Family Medicine. Dr. Unger is a Board Certified Medical Acupuncturist and integrates this into her practice. Dr. Unger is the 3rd Year Medical School Clerkship Director.

What do you love about WV? The people and the place both are beautiful.
Why you chose Family Medicine/Specific Specialty? Family Medicine allows me to work with people of all ages and backgrounds. I get to care for the whole person not just a particular disease process. I love taking care of the whole family. It also allows me to practice in various settings.
Hobbies or fun facts? Quilt maker like my grandmother, really enjoys.
