Brian McMillan, M.D., is an ophthalmologist who specializes in providing specialty treatment of advanced glaucoma using minimally invasive glaucoma surgery and laser and traditional surgery.

Dr. McMillan joined the WVU Eye Institute and the WVU Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences faculty in 2016. He serves as an associate professor and the director of the Glaucoma Fellowship Program.

McMillan is a three-time graduate of the West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed the Glaucoma Fellowship Program in 2016 and the Ophthalmology Residency Program in 2015. He earned his medical degree from WVU in 2011.
