Charles Moore, M.D., is an ophthalmologist who specializes in treating patients with vision needs associated with cataracts and lens implants.

Dr. Moore joined the WVU Eye Institute and the WVU Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences faculty in 1996. He serves as an assistant professor and the medical director for the Eye Institute.

Moore is a two-time graduate of the West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed the Ophthalmology Residency Program in 1988 and his internship in 1985. He earned his medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 1984. Moore is board-certified in ophthalmology.
