Dr Adam Klein arrived at WVU in 2012 after 14 years in private practice in Houston TX.  A Jefferson Medical graduate, Dr Klein received his orthopaedic training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation followed by an Adult Reconstruction fellowship with Dr Robert E. Booth and David G. Nazarian.  His current practice encompasses the full spectrum of the adult reconstruction specialty including simple primary to complex revision arthroplasty.
